Who is Hope Home Care?

We are a privately owned Domiciliary Care Company registered and regulated by the Care Quality Commission. Our management and staff have over 23 years practical experience of working in the home care sector.

We provide domiciliary care in the community on a daily, weekly, overnight, home live-in basis to all adults over the age of 18 years and older people with a mental or physical disability or people who are suffering from a medical condition or disease.

All care is closely monitored and tailored to individual needs, whilst being delivered to a high standard by fully trained staff.

Domiciliary Care also known as home care is a range of care services people can receive in their own home, to help them cope with disability or illness, and to become or remain independent for as long as possible.

Hope Home Care was created by Gladys and Gail Maimbolwa (a mother and daughter team).

Hope Home Care are now expanding and we have a variety of new franchise opportunities right now in several locations. If you want to join with us as we continue our expansion across the UK, we would like to hear from you.

What does a Hope Home Care Franchise consist of? What do you get as a Franchisee?

So many people think of starting their own business – not just for the financial rewards but for the opportunity to be your own boss and run your own life. But the downside is that although you get all the rewards, you also take the risks. Taking on a franchise within a proven operation reduces those risks substantially. By joining Hope Home Care, you can reduce them even more!

According to Age Concern England’s Key facts and statistics there are in the UK:

  • 61 million people in total

  • 20.5 million people aged over 50

  • 9.7 million people aged over 65

  • 2.7 million people aged over 80

By 2032 nearly one in four people in the UK will be aged 65 and over. There will be a:

  • 16% increase in the number of people of all age

  • 33% increase in the number of people aged 50 and over

  • 53% increase in the number of people aged 65 and over

  • 85% increase in the number of people aged 80 and over

With an ageing population, requiring more complex care, and more frequently in the home setting, there is without doubt still room for considerable growth. There are challenges being faced by the sector, but there is still room for well-run agencies, offering quality care, in the market place. Indeed with more and more service users controlling their own budgets there is scope for more personalised and niche care which can often be provided by small to medium domiciliary care agencies.

The private sector delivery of Community care is expected to grow over 25% in the next two to three years or quicker, which means yours/our services will be in much demand and will continually grow year on year, not only form social services but from a larger private sector as well. You are joining a trusted brand and a company committed to help you grow as a business as quickly and as easily as possible.

What kind of support can I expect from Hope Home Care as a Franchisee?

We ensure that you are well equipped to start and grow your business. Training, ongoing business support and a wide range of resources are available when you become The Hope Home Care Franchisee in your area.

One of the main benefits of Franchising is that it is a business partnership between Franchisee and Franchisor. Head Office support is essential especially in the early trading days of the franchisee, and it will always be readily available. In the early days there will be a very much hands on approach, gradually stepping back and letting you, the Franchisee take complete control as you become more confident, professional and experienced.

The Earnings Potential

What you can earn out of Hope Home Care Franchise is, in the final analysis, up to you: how hard you work, and how gifted you are. It’s no different to anything else. But you’ll be surprised at how the numbers can stack up.

Year 1 Year 2 Year 3
Income £120,238 £272,931 £351,565
Overheads £63,875 £144,927 £186,681
Profit £56,363 £128,004 £164,884

It is important to emphasise that the above figures are projections provided for the purpose of illustration and are not intended to be a statement, representation, warranty or guarantee of individual franchisee earnings. It is essential that (prior to entering into the franchise) you satisfy yourself of the value of the investment you intend to make in terms of both time and money.
