Terms of use:

Franchise Opportunities Hub: hereby known as FOH.

By accessing, browsing and/or using the Website you agree to the following terms.

  1. Content (information, communications, images and sounds contained on or available through the site) is provided by FOH, its affiliates, independent content providers and third parties. The content of the site is copyright FOH or its affiliates, independent content providers or third parties. All rights reserved. The contents of the site cannot be reproduced, modified, transferred, distributed, republished, downloaded, posted or transmitted in any form or by any means including but not limited to electronic, mechanical photocopying or recording without the prior written permission of FOH. You agree that the material and content contained within or provided by the site is for your own personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes or distributed commercially.
  2. FOH will use its reasonable endeavours to maintain the site in a fully operating condition. It is not responsible for the results of any defects that exist in the site. You should not assume that the site or its content is error free or that it will be suitable for the particular purposes that you have in mind when using it. FOH reserves the right to make subsequent changes to it, and services may be modified, supplemented or withdrawn.
  3. It is a condition of us allowing you access to the information on the site that you accept we will not be liable for any action you take relying on the information on the site.
  4. You may not mirror any material contained on the site on any other server without the prior written consent of FOH. Any unauthorised use of the contents of the site under this clause may be in breach of copyright laws or trademark laws or other UK laws.

The publishers of FOH reserve the right at their absolute discretion and at any time to refuse any submission or advertising.

FOH will only put text or images on any of our websites on the explicit understanding that the client hold the copyright to all text and images.

Personal Information:

Any personal information, including your name, email address and phone number that you entered into this site, maybe used and shared by FOH only with the franchises or business opportunities on this site. FOH does not share, sell, rent, or trade your personal information with third parties for their promotional purposes, unless authorised by you. Users who wish to correct personal information can do so by resubmitting their lead(s) on the contact us form with the correct details.


We post customer testimonials on our web site which may contain personally identifiable information such as the customer’s name. We do obtain the customer’s consent prior to posting the testimonial to post their name along with their testimonial.


You will be added to our newsletter mailing list if you subscribe to advertise on this site. We do not share your name or e-mail address with other companies. If you wish to unsubscribe from our newsletter, you may opt out by using the opt out link in any of our emails.

Legal Disclaimer:

We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our website.

Security Measures:

We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorised access, use or disclosure. While no data transfer can be completely secure, we will make reasonable efforts to secure all data that is transferred, stored or processed.

We recommend that you take every precaution to protect your personal information when you are on the Internet. For example, use a secure browser, change your passwords often, and select a strong password by choosing a combination of numbers, letters and characters.

Our Customers:

When on-board with Franchise Opportunities Hub, without prejudice, any fee not paid by the due date for payment may bear interest on demand at 5% above Santander’s base rate from the date payment became due until payment is made (after as well as before judgement). Unless a written agreement is in place. By responding to our correspondence you are agreeing with these terms.

Once payment is made to Franchise Opportunities Hub, you are agreeing to our terms, including payment of any commissions that are due to us as part of the package we have provided. If you have not received the copy of the terms and conditions upon coming on-board, you must inform us within 7 days of making payment.


During lead management, in the event that we send a lead to you that you have been in contact with prior to your time with us, you need to let us know by sending over proof within 48 hours. Otherwise these lead will be worked on as normal and the full amount of commission due. If you contact us within the time, the commission will be reduced by half.


Once payment has been made in full, you have accepted to proceed and NO refund can be given. However, under certain circumstances, we may offer a refund after deducting our costs. This is at the manager’s discretion.


Please note, some categories may have a lot of companies under them, i.e. Cleaning Franchises. Please note that we cannot provide special treatment, like offering one franchise per category for example. It will be down to the customer to decide which franchise within that category is best for them. Different team members deal with different franchises, so there is no conflict of interest. We will not divulge any information regarding another company when speaking to a lead, we will only speak regarding the franchise that they’ve enquired about.


If you take on a Franchisee and the lead has been produced by Franchise Oppportunities Hub, or we have been asked to work on it by the Franchisor, the commission payment is within 7 days. No commissions are refunded and even if the franchise fee is agreed different to the original figure the same amount of commission is due. If you take on a Franchisee without payment, the same commission is due unless agreed by Franchise Opportunities Hub. By paying for our services, this means you have agreed to these terms. Any terms broken, your Franchise will be removed from the website and all marketing stopped. The Franchisor will then be billed in full for the worked carried out during the period they were on our site and marketing had commenced.

Franchise Opportunities Hub’s role is to obtain leads and to qualify these leads, it is not our job to complete the sale, this is the responsibility of the Franchisor or agent. Our services are listed in our brochure and do not extend from this. If we are asked to carry out or help and support any other type of marketing, we do not guarantee the results.

We will email you a list of customers and you must check this list to see if any of the potential customers make contact with you. If we find out that a Franchisor has taken on one of our customers without notifying us, we will expect you to pay us immediately. If you do not pay us, we will cancel all services we’re providing to you and you will be charged in full for the work carried out. Any invoices overdue will be sent over to our legal team to be dealt with. Interest will apply – on demand at 5% above Santander’s base rate from the date payment became due until payment is made (after as well as before judgement).


As of 10/12/19, any invoices due to Franchise Opportunities Hub that are not paid within 7 days, without reason, will be sent to a third party debt agency.

Please do not be offended in any way. This is simply due to the number of outstanding invoices at present which have left us with no choice but to put this into practice.

Franchise Opportunities Hub pay their own money upfront into advertising the businesses and Franchises on our site, which costs us thousands. We only ask for a small admin cost from our customers upfront and this goes to third party costs for the year. This is why we are so reliant on the commissions from sales and rely on our customers’ utmost honesty and co-operation.

If you do proceed to take on a franchisee from our database, the agreed commission is due payable in full within 7 days, as per our terms, regardless of any alternative payment arrangements that you’ve made personally with the franchisee. If your profile is on our site or you have paid us a fee, you have agreed to our terms.

All Franchises must update us each month on the full details of potential Franchisees/ anyone they have brought on-board.

You must please inform us immediately of any potential customers and any Franchisees that comes on board. Lots of our customers will contact you direct and you may think they have come from your website organically but instead they have been referred via our promotions. It is your responsibility to inform us of all correspondence. We will then send you all proof of our connection with that lead as evidence if they do turn out to be from our database.

If these terms are not met without prior arrangement, our third party debt factoring company will deal with any invoices due. Any invoices not paid will result in your profile being removed and future customers must also be informed.
