WHO WE ARE
Three brothers developed the concept of ‘The Barbers Den’ with a view to creating a barbershop with character and a strong emphasis on customer service.
Carefully chosen décor and attention to detail with staff selection and staff training were a focus from the very beginning. The goal: to make sure that every customer’s experience would be enjoyable and relaxed, getting the haircut/shave they wanted, in a naturally friendly and atmospheric environment. A ‘barbers den’ experience, not just a trip to the barbers.
The team consists of Company Directors Simon, Richard and Will De Havilland, Business Development Manager Julian De Havilland, the Huntingdon Shop Manageress Maxine Rawles and the Technical Trainer Gavin Carroll.

We have been through the teething problems in the first few months of setting up our flagship branch and we will be here to make sure you don’t have to go through the same problems and can concentrate on maximising your profits.
The Barbers Den franchise is ideally suited to investors/entrepreneurs with little or no knowledge of barbering looking for an opportunity to manage and create their own chain of barber shops and/or existing barbers who are passionate about their craft and who want to rebrand to enable them to take advantage of a strong brand design and enjoy the benefits of being part of a larger organisation establishing the brand to a wider customer base, while reducing their personal risks at the same time.
As a Franchisee you will receive:
Assistance in finding premises and negotiating a lease
Assistance in Barbershop Style and Design
Assistance in the initial marketing to launch the business
Training to include setting prices, recruiting barbers, pay structure, launching the business, finding the right customers, creating a database, developing promotions, using social media, managing overheads, developing/growing the business and creating the right atmosphere.
